Fly direct to Pisa. On arrival join the shuttle transfer to Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station. From here make your own way to your hotel where you will spend 3 nights.
Florence: Immerse yourself in a world of artistic splendour. Tour the galleries to discover the masterpieces of Giotto, Tiziano, Michelangelo and Botticelli to name but a few.
Florence: Another must see is the Duomo, with the eight white ribs and terracotta tiles of the famous Brunelleschi dome, it’s enormous close up and a guide is recommended to fully appreciate its history. If you are feeling energetic, climb the 463 steps to the top where you can see the inside of the dome up close and get an amazing view of Florence below.
Make your own way to the railway station for the journey by rail to Rome where you will spend 3 nights. (Journey time is approximately 1.5 hours and there is a choice of departure times.)
Rome: Why not start your Rome sightseeing with the top sites of Classical Rome? The Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill hold a wealth of history for your to discover.
Rome: No visit to Rome is complete without a trip to the Vatican City. The city state, surrounded by Rome, is the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church. Not only is it the official residence of the Pope but also a veritable treasure chest of art and architecture from across the ages.

Our opinion… A delightful hotel located in the heart of the historical centre. The Hotel Paris dates back to the 16th century and is traditionally decorated to compliment the high ceilings, beautiful frescos and original features.
Location... Via Dei Banchi 2. This hotel occupies a privileged location, between the city’s two most beautiful squares: Piazza Duomo and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Guests can reach all of the major sites on foot: the monuments and museums, as well as the exhibition and convention centre.
Our opinion… A small, great value hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Well located for exploring the sights of the city.
Location... Via Vicenza 34. Hotel Piemonte is located in central Rome, close to Diocletian Bath, Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Nearby points of interest also include Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Accommodation… 34 air conditioned rooms. Simple, modern furnishings of a good standard, with minibar & safe. En suite barrooms with hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.
