Great location. Good choice by you! Noisy due to proximity to roundabout, but to be expected. Varied breakfast good & liked the fact we could eat in the cafe attached to the hotel if we chose to as well.

Well placed and surprisingly quiet given location on a huge traffic island (never very busy). Room was comfortable & spacious for a twin. Bathroom small. Breakfast room underground & being remodelled. Staff friendly & helpful.

Comfortable. Clean. Good Location.
January 2016
Good location out of the hustle & bustle of Madrid but easy reach by public transport. Local bars and restaurants good quality and value. Staff very helpful & nice hotel.
June 2015
The hotel is in an excellent place to go to all the main places. Very good transport service near by. Clean and comfortable bed.
October 2014
Good position, easy access to transport & open top bus tour. Spacious comfortable rooms - on high food as requested. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast - another coffee machine needed, fruit juice could be better.
March 2014
The room was modern, stylish & very clean. Hotel situated outside city centre, but easy access y bus or metro. Unfortunately not many restaurants, cafes or eateries in the area.

Whilst being only a 3* hotel, the only negative comments my friends & I had, was the hotel coffee. It was awful, so would advice to take your own. Other than that, the hotel offered excellent value for money. Situated on a busy roundabout,it COULD be noisy in the summer months with your room window open. However the location is very good for public transport ie bus & metro services which are both very close and cheap & there are plenty of taxis outside the hotel, also reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very helpful & you can purchase your sightseeing bus tickets from there.

Perfectly situated for exploring Old Madrid.
May 2013
Situated in the old town and central for all amenities.
May 2013
Good location - 15 mins walk to Plaza Mayor. Hotel was clean & comfortable, the breakfast area uncrowded and choice of breakfast good. Very good value for money.
May 2013
The public areas of hotel were very good with cafe attached. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and spoke good english. Rooms clean. The only negative point was hotel situated on a very busy main road and traffic noise could be heard throughout the whole night, resulting in lack of sleep.
October 2011
The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Our room was a little noisy at night, but nothing unusual for a city centre hotel. A short walk to Plaza Real and a metro station nearby.
May 2011
this hotel was clean and the staff exceptionally accommodating. The variety of food and drinks on offer for breakfast are also exceptional. I felt safe in this hotel as I travelled alone. The location is convenient to all districts.
October 2011
The hotel was well situated and within easy access of the metro and bus services.A number of the main attractions were within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and freshly decorated. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was quite adequate and everything was replenished as required.

Well located, convenient to Metro, and a good Airport transfer by mini bus. 10 mins walk to central area.
October 2010
Good location, within easy walking distance of the Royal Palace and Sabatini gardens.Good local well stocked supermarkets nearby.Comfortable.clean room.Tea-making facilities and mini-fridge would have been welcome.Very helpful, welcoming staff.
Oct 2010
The hotel was well sited (7 min walk to cathedral and royal palace; 15 mins to Plaza Major; 25 mins to Prado gallery) and the breakfast was very good by European standards (sausage, bacon ,boiled eggs as well as the usual cold selections with fresh fruit). The main drawback was the persistant traffic and pedestrian noise from the main road right outside which carried on throughout the night and early morning. There are some quieter rooms on the courtyard internal side, but the staff were very reluctant to acknowledge the noise let alone change our room. Their English was poor by the usual standards. However the car transfer was excellent, if booked far too early having checked-in online.
Sept 2010
A good tourist hotel. Comforatble room, helpful friendly staff. Location next to a metro was good. Breakfast was good, there was a downstairs cafe/restaurant, beer was a bit pricey but there were plenty of other bars in the area.
November 2009
Comfortable hotel, pleasant, clean room. Very good for B & B; generous breakfast. Helpful staff. Would stay here again.
October, 2008
We were well received and happy with the single rooms; however, we found breakfast a bit on the stodgy side. Staff, apart from the breakfast servers, were great. Location is a little far from the galleries but, once the buses are mastered, it is OK.
