For a 3 day break Ostoya Palace is an excellent hotel. Close to the old town and on bus route to the airport. Very friendly staff who were keen to help. Room very clean, tea/coffee and ideal for our purposes. Breakfast good. Krakow is a beautiful city. Excellent hotel with a nice little resturant.

The Ostoya palace is an excellent hotel located within easy walking distance of the cities historical sites. It is also located on the main bus route to the airport which is a valuable plus point. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help with all our enquiries. Breakfast was outstanding but may not suit those of a bacon and egg disposition! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It is a first class hotel which we would recommend to anyone wishing to spend time in this historic city.

Excellent hotel. Top floor at the back rooms are quiet - but only velux windows. First floor rooms at front may be noisy. Excellent buffet breakfast is almost entirely cold - but very comprehensive and nice. Staff very polite and helpful. Bathrooms lovely. Good location next to the Old Town (5-10 mins walk).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just loved staying in this hotel.
Good location, staff outstandingly friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfasts were varied and interesting. Useful to have breakfast served from 7a.m. to 11a.m.. Small patio outside with tables and chairs was pleasant and quiet. Soundproofing of rooms was good.
