Good room. Very clean. Easy for centre of Krakow.
The hotel was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Hotel location was excellent. The only thing lacking in the room is tea/coffee facilities, with them, would be perfect.
Horel in good location. Very clean & well kept. We had a top floor room which was lovely, plenty of space & really clean. (An English channel on the TV would be good).
We were a little disappointed in the hotel not having a bar.
the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Our twin room was comfortable, warm and certainly clean. Breakfasts were everything that one would expect in a city hotel and there was no shortage of food.
Hotel good perhaps could do with a little TLC. Clean, needs brightening up. Staff very helpful. Food adequate. Overall no real complaints.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with supplying maps and telling of directions to places. The hotel location is very good with everything in walking distance.
Well situated not far from town centre in a quiet location. Ample breakfast choice to suit everybody. Room good with excellent ensuite facilities. Room cleaned well with clean sheets. Very pleased with assistance from hotel staff.
The hotel was old fashioned but clean and well situated in the Jewish quarter with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The reception staff were excellent nothing was too much to ask. Thank you.
Very clean, most of the staff happy to help. Could do with some modernisation. Breakfast was fine maybe high fibre choice, milk too creamy UHT yuk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Excellent is classed as a 3 star hotel, it has everything that would make it a higher category. Bottled water in the room and toiletries in the bathroom and shower areaincluding a good hairdryer. Very good breakfast and numerous good quality restaurants within easy reach with one in the same street and barely two minutes away.
No air condition. Bedrooms provided with small fans. (Weather hot & humid).
The courtyard not suitable for \"Non Smokers\"!!
We found the hotel to be in a good location, staff were efficient and it was comfortable and able to cope with requirements.
We found the hotel to be central to all amenities. The room was clean and tidy - plenty of cupboard space. Bathroom excellent, water always hot. Staff friendly - capable. Overall hotel and staff brilliant.
A very comfortable with helpful, friendly staff, located in a really interesting part of the city. Good restaurant are all around you. The hotel has a pleasant traditional character.
The only thing we missed was not having a kettle in our room. It would have been nice to have been able to make a drink, had we known would have taken own. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Very clean and everyone very helpful. Would stay here again if went to Krakow.
A well-run hotel with lovely, attentive staff and a good breakfast. Its location is in the jewish quarter and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It\'s not the quietest place to stay but for us really enjoyable.
Staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Room clean and functional. Well equipped. Tea & coffee facilities good value for money. Ideal location - close to bars and restaurants and walking distance to most visitor attraction. All in all a fantastic stay.
Regent hotel spotlessly clean with polite and very helpful staff. Very central location surrounded by lots of places to eat/drink - (though not noisy at all!)
The Regent Hotel, for the money, was very good. Well placed for our favourite restaurant. The bathroom was amazing, we could have moved in, it was so big!
The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The staff always helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to main square. Would definitely recommend it.
Arrived at 11pm to a very warm welcome. Lovely room, heating on and bottled water on request. Tea & coffee available for a small charge. Hotel is within walking distance to the main square roughly a a ten minute walk. Lovely cafes and bars nearby. Loved it.
The hotel was well located, comfortable and clean. It served an excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The hotel met all my requirements.
Hotel excellent in all areas, enjoyed our stay very much.
The hotel reception staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly and ggod with local knowledge. Bedrooms were very clean, shower very good and breakfast choice good. We were very happy with our stay here.
Hotel Regent was a very clean & comfortable hotel to stay in, only 15 min walk to the city and well located.
The single room I required was small but comfortable, the bathroom - shower etc excellent. Location of hotel central (Jewish Quarter) and ideal for my second visit to Krakow. Walk to the city centre main square 20 minutes.
Small clean hotel. Staff friendly & efficient and they speak English. Our room was spacious ( a 3 person room I think) Comfortable beds. Breakfast - basic bit adequate . lovely tea & coffee. Orange juice made from powder. Situated in the interesting Jewish Quarter. Lots of places to eat out locally.
We stayed at the regent hotel i the Jewish Quarter of Krakow. We had a family room for three. Very comfortable tea & coffee facilities also bottles of water. Rooms spacious & clean. Hotel staff polite. Welcoming & helpful. Definitely stay here again.
The Regent Hotel was very clean and nicely kept with very helpful staff. We were very comfortable in our room in this hotel which was ideally suitable in the old Jewish quarter. There was a wide range of restaurants nearby to suit all pockets and tastes.
The hotel was quaint and in keeping with the jewish quarter of Krakow. Although it was a walk into the centre, it wasn\\\'t too far and gave time to soak up the city atmosphere. The room was clean and the staff pleasant. The breakfast although not all our tastes, was well presented and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily make a return visit.
Excellent value for money hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of food. Hotel is set in a wonderful location with very easy access to all places of interest.
Hotel was very clean, bed & towels are changed every day. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Location was brilliant. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely return.
The regent is a lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff, it is in a \\\"Bohemian\\\"District but suited us very well. We were at the back of the hotel and thus very quiet. Room was all that we required. Breakfast was buffet style and was fine. Would not hesitate to recommend your company and this hotel to anyone.
Breakfast quite limited but food was not replenished - when it was gone it was gone. Otherwise the hotel in old Jewish quarter was excellent for my wife & I, but some may prefer it be more centrally located (no doubt more expensive).
Very quiet, even though it is located in a busy area of Krakow. Staff extremely helpful pleasant and efficient. Breakfast served in an interesting cellar with excellent choice and high standard. Sadly no restaurant for lunch or dinner but the location is in the centre of Kazimierz with many restaurants of great quality.
The Regent hotel is ideally located for sightseeing ion Krakow. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again definitely.
Breakfast quite limited in so far as when it was gone, it was gone & not replenished so dont be late! but otherwise a good hotel & location in the old Jewish quarter . Overall , holiday bearing in mind the cost , offered very good value.
Room was lovely and clean - it felt clean!
Lots of local cheeses and meats and bread for breakfast if thats what you like.
OUr room was on the 3rd floor, it was very quiet and comfortable, although no english channels on the TV.
The Regent is a well located Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is well maintained and very clean. Bedding was fresh and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
Room clean and comfortable although very noisy late at night from people shouting in street. Bathroom facilities excellent. Breakfast good with wide choice.
Hotel was very good, very clean, lovely room. Only problem was for me, a lone female traveller, it was a 20-30 minute walk from the centre of Krakow in a quiet area. As the nights were dark at 4.30pm i would have preferred to have been near the centre of town, with more people about, although the cost would obviously have been higher
Position excellent for walking everywhere. Staff very helpful, supplied tea making things in the afternoons. Breakfast were varied and tasted good.
Good location in Jewish quarter. Whole Hotel very clean, effficient and friendly staff. Decor traditional and appealing. Breakfast offered wide choice of simple fare. Given that it is 3 Star, cannot be faulted in any area! A suggestion, room safes would be useful, but overall an excellent Hotel
A great central hotel within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Staff very friendly and eager to help you with any advice and to book excursions for you
Nice warm and snug
The hotel had an excellent position in the Jewish Quarter. The rooms were generous, comfortable and warm. A reasonable buffet breakfast. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Location very good, in the Jewish quarter. Hotel staff very helpful.
Not the Ritz - but an easy walk to the city centre. Staff couldn\\\'t be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was unlimited and good. Room clean and spacious with radio and no TV - but who wants TV in Polish? No tea making in room but staff ever willing to serve it in the dining area or patio/
Hotel comfortable and within easy reach of main market square. Staff very pleasant and efficient in organising trips.
Clean, good value for money and convenient for public transport.
Hotel comfortable and within easy reach of main market square. Staff very pleasant and efficient in organising trips.
Not the Ritz - but an easy walk to the city centre. Staff could not be more helpful/friendly. Breakfast was unlimited and good. Room clean and spacious with radio and no TV (but who wants TV in Polish?). No tea making in room but staff ever willing to serve it in the dining area or patio.
Our first floor triple room was large, clean, comfortable and cosy, although the decor was looking a bit sad. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom large and well oppointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with a lovely selection of hot and cold food. In short, absolutely no complaints!
Small but comfortable hotel, with very friendly English speaking staff, in the old Jewish Quarter. Rooms basic but plenty of space, and wonderfully warm shower! Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk into Main Square and Wawel. Wonderful cafes and bars close by to hotel.
Small hotel situated short walk from Jewish Quarter and close to Old Town. Located just off main road, but far enough away to have no traffic noise. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly all (we had contact with) spoke English
The Regent is located in the Jewish Quarter of Krakow, but only a 15 minute walk up to the Market square and Wawel Castle. The hotel itself is well kept, staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, with bottles of water provided. Bathrooms are modern, all with showers. The restaurant is located in the basement, and serves an excellent selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts, cereals and hot breakfast, which is continually replenished up to the end of breakfast. There are a wide selection of restaurants and coffee shops close to the hotel, which serve really good home-cooked food and excellent hot chocolate and cakes!!
