Fly direct to Prague. On arrival make your own way to your hotel where you will spend 3 nights. (Instructions on how to reach your hotel using public transport will be provided. Alternatively, airport transfers can be pre-booked at a supplement.) Spend the rest of the day discovering why Prague keeps visitors coming back time and time again.
Prague: At the heart of the old town is the majestic Old Town Square, a great place to start your visit. In the Square is the huge Tyn Church with its twin 80m gothic towers, an important baroque altar and 17th century pipe organ. You can also find The Town Hall Tower with its impressive Astronomical Clock. The Old Town Square is always a hive of activity. Grab a coffee and watch the world go by or enjoy a leisurely lunch 'al fresco' while planning the afternoon's activities.
Prague: The largest castle complex in the world, Prague castle resembles a small city within a city. The vast complex includes churches, gardens, towers, alleyways and royal residencies will easily occupy many a pleasant hour. As you come down from the castle complex, cross the Vltava River by way of the famous Charles Bridge. The bridge is as renowned for its beautiful baroque statues and it is for its lively atmosphere courtesy of the street artists, musicians and local artisans.
Check out of your hotel and, if time permits, spend a few final hours enjoying Prague's unique atmosphere before making your own way to the airport for the return flight to the UK. Of course, if you feel you need more time to get round all of Prague's top attractions you may wish to stay a little longer. Extra nights can be added to your holiday at a supplement.
