Visit the Colosseum - the largest amphitheatre in the world - the Roman Forum - the ancient city’s venue for trade and social activity - and the Palatine Hill - one of the seven hills where Rome was founded. To avoid the queues, skip the line entrance fee to the Colosseum is included. The rest of the day is free for you to continue your explorations of the city.
Enjoy a day on your own. Perhaps you will want to return to some of the sites already visited, just relax with a coffee and watch the world go by or lose yourself in the maze of streets that tell the history of one of Europe’s most ancient cities.
Check out of your hotel and join the shuttle transfer back to the airport for the return flight to the UK, or if your flight time permits, leave your luggage with the hotel and enjoy a final few hours taking in the atmosphere of the “Eternal City”.
Our opinion… This is a well-kept superior tourist hotel with a good location.
Location… The hotel is centrally located in the old town centre, close to Termini Station and the Via Veneto, in the heart of the financial and diplomatic district.
Accommodation… All the rooms have an ADSL internet connection included in the price, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar and safe. Air-conditioning, soundproofing, private bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy kit complete the conveniences included in each room.
Facilities… The hotel has a breakfast room, 24-hour front desk, bar internet corner and TV room.
