This is a traditional building built in 1852. Bought in 1992 by two members of the famous rock band U2 the hotel has undergone a complete restoration and refurbishment program, the Clarence has now been transformed into a luxury hotel. The Clarence is favoured by rock stars and models and is still the place to be seen in Dublin.

This hotel is located in Dublin city centre, just a short 10 minute walk from Temple Bar and the main shopping street. O'Connoll Street is only a 5 minute walk with its array of bars, restaurants and shops. This is an excellent central location!! The new tram system in Dublin also runs next to the hotel, ensuring excellent transport links. The medium sized rooms are in good condition, and well equipped. Rooms have a warm and cosy feel to them. There is a charming Italian restaurant, which serves excellent food in wonderful surroundings. The open plan kitchen and authentic decor create a superb ambience.

Location… Just around the corner from the pulsing centre of Dublin’s historic O’Connell St, minutes away from the dramatic stage of Croke Park and on the doorstep of Dublin’s Henry Street retail heaven.

Accommodation… Rooms are spacious and come with WiFi internet access, flatscreen multiChannel TV, Hairdryer, tea and coffee refreshment dock, spacious bathroom with complimentary toiletrie, well lit work area, selection of pillows available for your comfort. There are rooms available for guests with reduced mobility.

Facilities… There is a stylish bar and restaurant and an all day coffee bar. The hotel offers a Fitness Area which is accessible 24 hours a day and is free of charge for all residents. The area consists of a treadmill, a cross trainer and free weights.

The Mercer is a small hotel situated in a side street off Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping area. It is a short walk to Stephen's Green or Temple Bar in the other direction. The 34 rooms are decorated to a very high standard. The decor is modern and in very good condition. Although all medium sized, the rooms do vary in size a little, the corner rooms being slightly smaller than the hall rooms. The bathrooms are in very good condition. All rooms have a CD player and there is a noticeable attention to detail. The restaurant is a modern style bistro and can cater for individuals and small groups. It serves a mix of cuisine from all over the globe. A very high standard 3-star hotel perfect for those looking for a central hotel away from the noise of Temple Bar or O'Connell Street.

This is a centrally located hotel, in the lively Temple Bar area of Dublin, which is the main centre of night life, in the newly revamped city centre. The 97 rooms are medium to large in size with fairly modern décor and offer tv and hairdryers.The restaurant, which has been refurbished, and is very modern, is popular with local trade and serves a wide variety of dishes. However, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The hotel also houses one of Dublin's most popular nightclubs, in the basement. It is busy most nights and especially at weekends.

This is a charming 2* superior hotel with friendly staff, a couple of minutes walk to St.Stephen's Green, and five minutes walk to Grafton Street. Rooms are mainly doubles and singles (few twins). 'Copper Face Jacks' night-club down in the basement, is one of Dublin's most popular clubs and is open seven nights a week until 03:00 a.m., free entry for guests. Some noise may be heard from lower floor rooms. This Hotel has 25 rooms and is probably suited to a younger Clientele due to the night club being situated in the basement.

Open from 22 June to 24 September only, this hotel is a great 'no frills' option for those on a restricted budget visiting the city. Superb central location, just a short stroll from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Simple, compact bedrooms and bathrooms are well maintained. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel there is a large, comfortable breakfast room.
