Based in the Cotswolds, we are a small but highly committed and expert team, each member of staff offering many years’ experience in the industry. We travel regularly to ensure that we are at the top of our game when it comes to our product knowledge and love nothing better than recommending a city, hotel or attractions that we have been lucky enough to experience first-hand. Price Promise
We believe that Cities Direct has the best possible prices for the range of quality city holidays we offer, and therefore we guarantee it. If within seven days of your booking, you find the same holiday at a lower price we will refund you the difference. The comparable holiday must be ATOL bonded, not on special promotion, and have current availability.

Duty Manager
In the unlikely event of experiencing any problems during the holiday, we have a Duty Manager who is based in the UK and is contactable 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

Financial Security Consumer Protection
Cities Direct ensures that every booking is 100% fully financially protected to give you total peace of mind when making a booking with us.  All holidays that include flights are covered under our ATOL licence, this is issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and renewed annually.  For all other non-flight holidays you are covered by an insurance policy from International Passenger Protection, this is issued free of charge when you make a booking with us.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.  When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate.  Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.  Please see our booking conditions for further information or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to:www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate  For more information on Cities Direct Air Travel Organisers Licence go to:  www.citiesdirect.co.uk/atollicence.htm

In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations1992" all passengers booking with Cities Direct Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Cities Direct Limited.  There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided.  This insurance is only valid for packages booked that DO NOT include flights.

Consumer aware: Your booking is insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. - This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Cities Direct Limited.  If you have booked and/ or paid direct to a Travel Agent for a holiday with Cities Direct Limited please request proof of how the booking is secured as this will not be covered by IPP Ltd in this instance.  For further information please go to www.ipplondon.co.uk
